Refund Policy

1.    General Provisions
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services and digital products offered by HyperHedge (“we”, “us”, “our”) through www.hyperhedge.eu. By purchasing our services or digital products, the Customer (“you”, “your”) agrees to the terms outlined below.


2.    Refund Policy for Digital Products (Excel Templates and Downloads)
2.1.    All Digital Product Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital goods, all purchases of downloadable products (including Excel templates, guides, and other digital files) are non refundable once the product has been delivered or made available for download.
2.2.    Loss of Withdrawal Right (EU Consumer Law)
By purchasing a digital product, you expressly agree that:
•    The digital product will be delivered immediately after purchase
•    You lose your 14 day right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive
•    You cannot request a refund once the file or download link has been provided
This consent is required by law and will be collected at checkout.
2.3.    Defective or Corrupted Files
If the digital product is defective (e.g., corrupted file, missing content), we will:
•    Provide a corrected version, or
•    Replace the product at no additional cost
If the issue cannot be resolved, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
2.4.    No Refunds for Incompatibility
We are not responsible for:
•    Software incompatibility
•    Device limitations
•    User modifications
•    Incorrect use of the template
It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure they have compatible software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).


3.    Refund Policy for Services
3.1.    One Time Services
Refunds for one time consulting services are available only if the service has not yet been delivered.
Once the service has been performed, no refunds will be issued.
3.2.    Subscription Based Services
For subscription services:
•    You may cancel at any time
•    Payments already made are non refundable
•    Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
3.3.    Ongoing Services
For ongoing or long term services, refunds are not provided for work already completed.
Any prepaid amounts for future work may be refunded at our discretion if the service has not yet begun.


4.    Cancellations
4.1.    Customer Initiated Cancellation
You may cancel services by contacting us at info@hyperhedge.eu.
Cancellation terms depend on the type of service (one time, subscription, or ongoing).
4.2.    HyperHedge Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if:
•    You violate our Terms & Conditions
•    You engage in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior
•    Circumstances prevent us from delivering the service
In such cases, we may issue a refund for undelivered services at our discretion.


5.    Refund Processing
5.1.    Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
5.2.    Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
